Gilbert began his career on Wall Street as a financial consultant before assuming a regional sales management role at Narrative Communications, which became the Enliven Business Unit of @Home Network. Gilbert replaces former senior vice president, business development, Shane Spitzer, who has been with the company since its inception. Spitzer will assume the newly formed role of senior vice president, strategic alliances, with responsibility for expanding the company's affinity subscription offerings, including Webloyalty's recently announced relationship with NASCAR and Stoneacre, Inc.
