WEBLOYALTY ACHIEVES PCI DATA SECURITY STANDARD COMPLIANCE FOR THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR


NORWALK, CT, July 12, 2007 – Webloyalty.com, a leading provider of online, technology-based marketing services, today announced that its payment account systems have achieved data security compliance with current Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards.

With recent reports of contamination or loss of sensitive consumer data plaguing universities, corporations and retail outlets, the PCI rating puts Webloyalty in a prestigious group of companies that place a premium on privacy and security for consumers' financial information. It is the third consecutive year in which Webloyalty has demonstrated this high level of compliance.

Initially created by aligning the security programs of VISA and Mastercard, the PCI Security Standards Council is comprised of members from the five largest credit card institutions including American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB Co., Ltd., Mastercard Worldwide and VISA International. The PCI Data Security Standard represents a common set of tools and measurements to ensure the safe handling of sensitive information and provides a framework for developing account data security processes which emphasize preventing, detecting and reacting to security incidents.
